Spectrum is a global company with development, sales, marketing and operations teams around the world. Accordingly, your personal information may be transferred globally to Spectrum entities, business partners, or service providers. We primarily store data in the United States, European Economic Area, Canada, and other jurisdictions as reasonably necessary for the Services.

How Long We Retain Data

We keep your personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide you the Services, or for other essential purposes like complying with our legal obligations.

After retention is no longer necessary, we delete or anonymize your information according to our data retention and deletion policies. Retention periods vary depending on the nature of the information and how it is used.

You can stop receiving our promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each email.

Modifying or Accessing Your Information

If you have registered for an account, you may review, edit, or delete certain account information at any time by logging into your online account. If you wish to request access, correction, restriction, or deletion of your personal data, you can submit a privacy request via our Privacy Request Form.

Deletion of Your Information

In certain circumstances, you may ask us to delete your personal information from our systems. We will comply with such requests where reasonably possible, subject to any legal obligations. Deletion may prevent you from using certain features of the Services that rely on that information.

Children’s Privacy

Our Services are intended for general audiences and not directed to children under 16.
